Finally, ready to eat well & feel at home in your body? (rip yo-yo diets)

Isn’t it time to become one of *those* people? (confident, consistent, seemingly always motivated people) No, it’s not too good to be true. Someone is going to do it, why not you?

"I know what to do, I'm just not doing it"

If I had a penny for every time I heard that, I’d be able to buy myself at least two nice things from the dollar store (back when everything in the dollar store was $1)

You’re a capable badass, yet when it comes to your health, you feel like you’re dropping the ball. Your body image? A bit shaky

You’re self-aware. Therapy helped…but you’re not actually DOING anything differently

You’ve got high standards. Big Perfectionist Energy. You meet those standards everywhere else, just not here.

You already know how to track calories.

But you don’t want to do it again.

But you’re also not sure what else there is besides My Fitness Pal.

You’re always last on your own to-do list. But everyone and everything else you’re responsible for is always sorted, right?

Instagrammable self-care isn’t cutting it anymore. You want real, attuned self-care skills that support your emotional, phsycial and psychological wellbeing.

You already know your macros.

You’ve read the posts.

And you’re still struggling with follow-through.

You’ve tried:

  •  the baggy black t-shirt uniform
  • cutting out your favourite foods
  • banking calories for the weekend
  • body positive mirror affirmations, that you didn’t believe.

So far, nothing’s given you confidence. Or consistency. Or momentum.

You’re not looking to lead an ‘average’ life, yet you’re watching it go by because your relationship with your body and with food is holding you back

What if feeling at home in your body and eating well consistently wasn't a pipe dream?

You don't need to learn more about protein

You don’t need to save another nutrition post on Instagram

➡️ You need a clear map of what is stopping you from following through on your plan, AND actionable steps on how to tackle speed bumps

➡️ You need a strategy perfectly tailored to your lifestyle

You never have to watch lettuce slowly going brown at the back of your veggie drawer, ever again…

In coaching, we dive into:

  • Cultivating topshelf quality motivation for long-lasting habits -so that you can finally develop that consistency that has been alluding you for years
  • Science-backed strategies to improve your body image – you can FINALLY wear what you want, and your black, baggy, t-shirt and leggings uniform can be a distant memory
  • Evidence-based nutrition information-you never have to wonder what is fact or fiction on the internet, knowing you’re doing everything you can to age disgracefully and elbow the losers out of the way at nursing home BINGO
  • Improve your relationship with food-when your friend invites you out to dinner at the last minute, you’re excited about a glass of wine and a goss, NOT panicking about how you’re going to ‘make up for it’ tomorrow
  • How to manage setbacks with real actionable steps you never have to worry if you’re doing the right thing to move toward your goals (because ‘try harder’ isn’t a strategy)

Integrated Coaching goes beyond the usual surface level "Ra-Ra", "Just try harder", "You can do it!"

actionable strategies, no fluff

What do clients have to say?

“I wanted to overcome my poor body image and relationship with food. I felt comfortable talking to Rachel. I feel like I finally have a healthy relationship with food and have forgotten how difficult it was to have such a negative relationship with my eating. I can eat what I want, and I am I able to enjoy my life without constantly worrying about how I look” – Lizz

“Before coaching, I was about to go into a bit of a crisis moment. I can now eat more mindfully and truly enjoy what I would deem a treat without guilt. I manage to avoid the shame spiral a lot more, and my weight is stable.” – Marina

“I felt discouraged with the way things were going. I loved that Rachel’s approach was welcoming and judgment-free. I feel like I have a better overall approach to nutrition, and it feels forgiving and sustainable” – Molly

“I was struggling with body image and learning how to eat well consistently without going back to tracking food. I like Rachel’s realness and personality. I knew I didn’t want to go it alone; accountability is a big thing for me. I’m learning about how I see myself rather than just before and after photos.” – Jess

Aren't you tired of watchng your life go by?

Confidence and consistency are calling you bby, all you have to do is start the conversation ⤵️

What if you found excitement and joy in the challenge of exercise again?

Not ‘a should’ straight from Shamey Gym Bro Hell

What if your daily walks felt like a self-care ritual?

Not an exercise in appeasing the imaginary step-count-police

What if you wore clothes that you LOVED & expressed your personality?

Instead of using clothes to try to be invisible to the human eye…

What if you had a structure around eating that supported nourishment?

Not punishment for the chocolate you ate yesterday (especially that never seemed to work that well anyway…)

Imagine walking into a room feeling so at home in your own body you forgot to hate it?

No more pesky comparisons sending you into a spiral in a random meeting on a Tuesday.

How about buying that thong bikini even though you aren't the 'beauty standard'? (it's okay if thats just me)

How different would your life be if you put all of your energy into the things that are meaningful to you?

Not worrying about tallying calories in your head or what your belly looks like in those jeans?

Meet your coach...

Hi, I'm Rachel,
I am a 30-something, outspoken, recovering perfectionist, feminist, bad 'sit still and do nothing'er

I was the ‘chubby kid’ (please read as fairly normal-sized child who played a lot of sports but was constantly singled out and ridiculed, especially at 5’7″ by the age of 12) and spent 10+ years spinning my wheels desperately trying to rid myself of that haunting feeling of inadequacy. But at every size, that feeling followed me

Most fitness advice fell flat for me; it just seems so basic and wholly insufficient

Why did some people follow through, and I didn’t?

Why would everyone else be consistent but not me?

Why was I still consumed by thoughts about my body, at every size…?

I spent years creating a comprehensive coaching curriculum combining my training in nutrition, body image, and motivational interviewing to support you as a whole person, not a number on the scale. It was never enough for me to learn about nutrition and stop there when we have evidence to support how much something like body image can impact your long-term success.

Ditching diet culture doesn’t mean no structure, and structure doesn’t mean MyFitnessPal.

Join me in the nuanced middle ground where you can have an inside-out transformation that serves you for life, not 8 weeks...

But, what do our lovely clients have to say?

Still not sure?
Here are some frequently asked questions....

I did a podcast episode all about this, if you haven’t already you can listen here. Or search “Bolder” anywhere you get your podcasts and look for episode 51.

If you’re unsure which would be most beneficial, then I’d recommend completing an inquiry so I can help you determine which is best. I wouldn’t take on someone I wasn’t confident I could help, and I’m not a therapist.

You have access to client resources (via Google Drive) and you can email me any questions or wins you have! I respond within 48 hours during the week and don’t check my emails on the weekend.

3 months! Most of my clients are with me from 6 months to years (yes, plural, and counting) but three months is a good starting point to gain some perspective and get started in the right direction.

You’re afraid you’ll fail again and it makes perfect sense because you’re probably tired of trying strategies that were missing key pieces you need to succeed. This time will be different because we’ll be addressing underlying patterns and c-creating a supportive structure all tailored to you and your lifestyle. Being afraid of trying something new is your brain mitigating the risk, which is ultimately wise. But is the pain of staying the same better than the discomfort of trying something new?

Amazing! Then the best day to have started was 5 years ago, but the second-best day is today. You won’t be alone this time around, and having a great teammate makes all the difference.

We’re here for root cause baby, no sweeping under the rug hoping it goes away. I know you’re trying to develop consistency once and for all, but a unique blend of body image, nutrition, and behaviour change skills I can help you break that frustrating cycle.

Does anything bad happen if you don't sign up?

Well, no, not technically. This is not a booby-trapped website. (Is that even a thing?) The world will go on turning as per usual, but you’ve read all the way down here, this whole page. You don’t want business as usual anymore

If you want to live life differently, you have to DO things differently. Your relationship with food and your body has already taken up too much time, energy, and headspace, and all that can change today…

One swift click of a button, a little (maybe a lot of) courage, and you could be in the driver’s seat of your own life

Ready to finally become the best version of yourself and take some aligned action?
